Was discussing the case & investigation with a friend. We both agreed there’s evidence for both but I’m not sure.

courtney sent someone to party with him, get him so messed up that he didn't know what was going on and set it up to look like a suicide. i'll always believe that

Yea, I’ve read he was only about 5’9 and it was a long barreled shotgun. I’m not sure how you do that except with feet (or string) but he was found with shoes on. No way he had the ability to rig a string system to pull the trigger given the drugs in his system.
What I’ve never understood is why the authorities so readily accepted “S” and didn’t seem to have much interest in investigating.

Kurt killed himself. He was already suicidal with recent attempts to overdose in Italy, Love had to call the police because he locked himself in a room with a .38. He was struggling with depression, addiction and general pressure from life coming at him from everywhere. There has been journal entries and comments fantasizing about it. He was a loose cannon wrapped up with a crazy like Love. Sometimes it's just as simple as, yeah, he did it.

Ive always just taken it at face value and assumed he killed himself (not a stretch by any means)... I never really paid much attention to all the theories out there, though I did watch that doc in late 90s...
