No, it puts pressure on the justice, knowing impeachment is possible. Cases under way could be called mistrials, if the judge was suspended in the middle.
That's a big deal, depending on the cases.
Wouldn't be out of line for them to hold him out of cases till cleared, or impeached

Boasberg runs the FISA court …. he is protected by the SSCI ….. and in turn, the Senate is protected by Boasberg and his boss Roberts.
