Another year at the Texas Bowl?
Any chance of getting into the Citrus?

Most likely Music City or Gator. Probably not Texas because we were there last year, and Citrus has to take the team with the most wins outside of the playoffs which won’t be us.

Maybe win out & upset Oklahoma on the road and get to good one, play someone like USC or Michigan. Bowl games that aren’t CFP bowls, they just want Big names, TV appeal, fans, and stories. They don’t give a ratsass if you’re 8-4 or 9-3, now 7-5 won’t be the record to get you that.

How about just opt out of all bowls....

You don't have to watch the bowl game!

The extra practices are crucial for the development of younger guys. Bowl games are about the future of the program

Exactly, I love college football and it comes and goes way to fast, nobody wanted or expected to be in this situation, but if I get to watch the Tigers play an extra game, im all in , even if thats at noon on Dec 18th.

While many would argue that playing in a bowl game gives next year's team extra practice time, personally, I’d prefer to see the team decline an invitation to a bottom-tier bowl game without 'star players' and/or opt-outs. Most fans, myself included, will definitely not be attending.

Maybe previously, but with the transfer portal, I’m thinking the only players that you will be developing are players that’ll never see the field…

Stupid! Why opt out of 15 extra practices?

Can't do that. Too many guys on the Team could've mailed it in, and opted out, but didn't. Not their fault the adults in the room acted like anything but. They need the reward, even if they get drilled in the bowl game.

I've seen us in the Gator vs Nebraska, the Music City vs Minnesota and the Texas vs Cincinnati (if Kentucky doesn't qualify for a bowl).
