So if no Kiffin who's next

Who is the next whale we go after. Seems he's headed to Florida most signs pointed that way. Saban isn't coming either as bad arse as it would be he's too old. So who's next?

Just reading between the lines, he may want both jobs but he can only have one. If he were smart he would come here less competition for local recruits but seems like he's going to Florida I just get that feeling. I also think in some way he's kinda pissed a little we didn't pick him last go around. But then again we had different people making decisions back then so it could not even be a factor. I'm just curious on what the boards feelings are the next big coaching get if we don't get him.

It’s wild that Kiffin himself has said absolutely nothing. Sexton has said nothing. Verge has said nothing.
But because of some Florida message board lot lizards (the same types here posting for LSU) you think Signs point to Florida.
Let’s review a few things.
Florida facilities are not the greatest.
Florida has hired multiple meh coaches back to back. Outside of Meyer and Spurrier, their history ain’t that great and Meyer (like many coaches) started to show chinks (shitty wok) in the armor after Tebow (generational player) left.
LSU has had more success with a greater number of coaches. Heck even Kelly had a Heisman winner and a championship game appearance.
The fact is… no one knows likely not even Kiffin
But because of some Florida message board lot lizards (the same types here posting for LSU) you think Signs point to Florida.

The entire college football world is convinced Kiffin is going to Florida. But we are supposed to think they are all dumb because the coaches changes board on TD said they like the effort we have put in to get him? This board is the only place saying we have a chance. It’s pretty obvious. Freshwater is headed back to Florida.

It’s all based on internet chatter at this point one way or another. No one knows anything save maybe a half dozen people at best.
I’ll reminded you at this point in 2021, everything and everyone was abuzz about Riley to LSU, as was this board. Kelly came out of left field and everyone was shocked.
There’s too much Kiffin to UF chatter the past week that it makes me think it won’t be Kiffin to UF at all.
We are entering the 14 day or so period when a lot of coaching hires happen, so we will start getting some of the pieces placed soon.

With you on that for the most part, but the connections and familiarity with UF from Kiffin is a bit different than LSU going big game hunting for Riley who never thought about LSU with the exception of getting his assed kicked.
