Probably Sellers or Lagway.

Little early to know who enters.

Mestemaker at North Texas looks really promising.

If Fisch leaves, it’s the QB at Washington but then again he will probably follow him to Florida if it happens so yes, it would be Lagway who looks terrible.

Holstein

was good for the first half of last season and bad since. He's local but no way the best option on the market.

maybe... but, in your opinion, what makes Lagway such a good possible starting QB at LSU?

Lagway was extremely good as a true freshman last year. He looked good. He actually has a huge ceiling of potential. He made LSU look silly last year on one 1 leg. I'd take him as insurance but not as the guy so for that reason, he wouldn't come here. His injury history is enough for me to be comfortable with him being the only guy. He gets hurt constantly.

He really wasn't. He definitely injected life into their team late but he wasn't good. He turned the ball over a lot and was inaccurate.

It definitely felt that way but he was 13-26 for 220 and 1 TD.

Holstein would be a solid 1yr stop gap actually

was he though? he threw for less than 60% completion, only threw 12 TD in 12 games and had 9 INTs.... that's not "extremely good" to me.... maybe it is to you...

based on what? his HS recruiting star rating? i'm legitimately asking what you are basing this "huge ceiling" on...

he threw for 50% with only 1 TD... and last year's D was fricking atrocious...

so why are you making the case for him?

i know that's what was making the rounds on the internet a few days ago, but they also said he was opting out immediately and we know that didn't happen...

i would be highly surprised to see Sellers back in ANY college uniform next fall... with a good combine, he'll be a top 3 QB in this draft... Mendoza is the most prized possession, IMO, but Sellers, with his mobility and toughness, will be intriguing prospect, no doubt
