Alan Dershowitz has ‘certain’ Epstein files, but judges are blocking release.

He needs to show receipts on this. This seems intentionally dishonest, like the reference to the grand jury materials used by the admin and MAGA content creators.

It appears he's just rehashing the GJ stuff or previously sealed civil suit material that isn't what is being discussed re: Trump releasing the "Epstein files".
The civil suits, NY grand jury material, and "Epstein files" are 3 distinct collections of documents/information.

Those still would be included when people say release all the files. And they are being blocked by a judge.

Only the specific GJ copies are blocked.
Those documents outside of the GJ record are not blocked.

Dershowitz has laid all of this out before, it is very complicated
in the govt files are accusations, some of which are false
he faced false accusations himself and overcame them
he said in the files, some of the victims were paid and recruited other girls and thus became victimizers
if you release everything all at once then innocent people, guilty people, victims and victimizers all get swept up in a wave
so the DOJ is reviewing everything, Congress is reviewing what they have and files are being released after full review
the real question to me is not how Epstein did what he did, it is what happened after epstein did what he did
if there was blackmail info gathered, who was it gathered on and what did epstein or his handlers do with the blackmail info?
what was taken out and what was inserted during the Biden Admin?
we will probably never know

People are talking about the federal criminal investigation files that the admin is in control of.
Not the NY Grand jury materials and not the civil case materials (that the admin has no authority to release, anyway).
