Why didn’t Kiffin go to Florida when Napier was hired? Was Kiffin not interested or was Florida scared of his personal things?

Kiffin was seen more as a risk at that time. Now he’s the hottest candidate around. So maybe Florida will give him that blank check now. But that’s just speculation.
