Seems like the CONCACAF "floor" is rising.

Personally pulling for Suriname and Curaçao to make it. Wouldn’t hate Haiti winning C either.
These qualifiers have, at minimum, shown the bigger Central American sides and Jamaica that they have now been caught and can no longer take for granted qualifying or making the playoffs.

Suriname and Curacao in the WC would be insane. Going to be a crazy night.

Suriname choking hard.
Curaçao minutes away from their first ever World Cup if they can hold onto a 0-0 draw in Jamaica

Holy shite, Jamaica earned a or. In the last minute of stoppage time.
Going to VAR. if this gets overturned, there may be a riot

Curaçao qualified
Costa Rica completely shite the bed this cycle. Cool to see a tiny country like Haiti make it for the first time in 50 years. Suriname was disappointing tonight.

What the hell happened to Costa Rica?

Fully expected curaçao to get concacafed and that penalty to be upheld. Also thought the ref just might not want to deal with potential riots or issues getting out of the area.
Refreshing to see he had balls and rightly overturned it.

Rooting for Honduras for many NOLA friends.
Also Guatemala.

Little late. They’re both already eliminated.

From espnfc
Haiti's road to the World Cup didn't include a single home match.
-Enveloped in gang violence since the 2021 assassination of president Jovenel Moïse
-Capital city, Port-au-Prince, 85% controlled by gangs
-National stadium overtaken by gangs in March 2024
-Haven't played a home match since July 2021
They better be sent to Canadian sites
