this is specific to colorado but you don't have to be in colorado to use it and I suspect other localities have similiar

it'd be a shame if some group flooded their lines with false reports to send them off on wild goose chases

Why would they need donations? I would think that doing the 'right thing' wouldn't need funding.

Find out where the absolute worst ghetto neighborhoods are and call in a bunch of tips for those locations.

What a way to feel great with just 15 minutes of effort twice a day. Also, I have sent this to 100 people in my 1st degree of separation, asking them to do the very same thing.
