They need to be fired immediately. This needs to be written in the contract as a for cause termination.

To be fair we do need alignment. Very hard to win right now when there is not alignment. Not having alignment in the current landscape of College football hurts you.

It’s very important, what’s interesting is that the head coach was the one who wasn’t aligned.
