A key Atlantic current could be pushed to the brink of collapse within decades, supposedly ushering in a new ice age and dramatically raising sea levels, climate scientists have claimed in a controversial new study published in the journal Communications Earth & Environment.
The apocalyptic predictions came as a result of a collaboration between researchers at the Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOCAS) and the University of California, San Diego — weeks after one-time climate alarmist Bill Gates publicly downplayed the impact of temperature fluctuations on the planet.

I just find it interesting that no matter whether you go warmer or cooler, the sea levels rise... supposedly.

Sounds like we better quit building power plants for data centers. Also need to stop flying to climate conferences in private jets and ban single family homes over 6000 sq ft....

Yes... what else do you think they mean by "going green"?

So global warming and global cooling will cause rising sea levels

I only glanced at it long enough on twitchy to giggle and share.

To be fair “acid rain” is a lot more real than these climate alarmism articles.
Specifically the exhaust from any combustion process that contains NOx and SOx will mix with water in the atmosphere and lower the pH, making the water more acidic. This could cause erosion issues to concrete and masonry over time however these issues are very localized. This is really not an issue any longer because prior violators, like refineries, scrub their emissions now.
