Are being legitimized in real time right in front of our eyes. The inmates are running the asylum. If you think it can't get worse, just wait for tomorrow. Embarrassing.

How you figure? The governor is running certain functions of a state university because the University President left for a new job.
That’s literally the way it’s supposed to work.
You can rightly point out that the governor is not doing it well, and is ill informed, but ….. he’s elected by the people to the office, and he’s doing what he’s supposed to.

As a life long native of Louisiana, I know we lag behind other states in some important metrics, but I never want to live anywhere else and could not give less of a frick what outsiders think of us. We are unique in so many ways and have a lot more fun than most other areas of the country due to our culture of food, festivals, hunting, fishing, and of course football.
