Both sides signed the contract in good faith knowing full well what the consequences would be for termination. That LSU would welch on its contractual obligation is sad. LSU’s word is not its bond. It’s can never be trusted again if it doesn’t pay.

No bro you don't get it, LSU has all the leverage because they can legally tell BK he has to guess if he was fired for cause or not. Just tell him he wasn't really fired before and now he's fired for real because he didn't show up to the Bama game. He played golf bro, that's cause

LSU is trying to commit fraud and get away with robbery. The state won’t pay damages unless the congress appropriates the funds.
