Big Sky Recommendations for Dinner During Ski Season .Recommendations needed.

Ski trip ealy in 2026. This group will be looking for a steakhouse , high end experience. Good Italian fare is also a possibility.

Chop House in Livingston is good and owned by Louisiana people.

Peaks was OK.

Carlisle in Bozeman was excellent

a 2 hour drive in Montana is like a 5 hour drive in Louisiana. Look around. It's beautiful.

During a ski trip in January. They get off the mountain at 4pm, leave their hotel at 5pm when its dark and drive 2 hours in the dark and snow? eat for 2 hours, then drive back from 9-11pm in the dark and snow?
