Looking for a console my boys (6, 11, 12) can share. I have 2 that play Fortnite & Minecraft and the other plays MLB The Show & wants to try Madden. Not sure which console would be best for the $.

I don't need the absolute best graphics but also don't want to risk running out of space. No idea how much space is needed for all of the Minecraft worlds, etc.

I'm leaning PS5 slim at the moment.

I could also use some advice on moving current Minecraft worlds from the Switch to the new console. Is it pretty simple to do?

i think they are probably pretty even minus any exclusive games they may want to play. something to consider is if they have friends with consoles and what consoles they have. If thats a factor, would lean towards however that skews since it will probably make it easier for them to play with their friends..

My advice is to look into the parental controls that each platform provides. My son has an Xbox and Microsoft's parental controls are pretty good. I'm not sure what Sony provides. With Microsoft, you can restrict what rating games they play, who they can and can't talk to, you can limit screen time, etc.

Don't underestimate the number of absolute loser adults out there who are more than willing to bully your 6 yr old.

And predators are real. My daughter was the target of one. Thankfully, I caught it early because of parental controls.
