It's a true statement, but I don't know if she practices what she's saying here. I'm not a fan, although I think she's become really inconsistent lately.
One rumor is that MTG wanted to run for the U.S. Senate but President Trump wouldn't get behind it. Hence, some of the "Hell hath no fury" comments and actions by her lately. For example, she has called Nancy Pelosi a "nasty woman" in the past, yet MTG heaped praise on Pelosi following her announcement that she would be retiring.
The Georgia boys probably know more about this than I do.

To be fair, many atheists like to use it as evidence against being a Believer. And that comes from their own misunderstanding of The Word.
The only perfect person to ever walk Earth was Jesus Christ. Though we are commanded to life a lifestyle fitting, we all still sin. The issue is when it becomes repetitive like before we came to know Truth and accept Jesus Christ.

Jesus came into this world not for the saints, but for the sinners.
HE also came not to bring peace, but to bring a sword.
...I don't know what the context of this thread or MTG's statement was. But I know she can be either right or wrong depending on what she's saying, and I know that her propensity toward being a total screwball is off the charts these days.
