Staff changes vs guys you'd like to keep

Just saw a post that said he wouldn't mind if Baker was retained, I agree completely, in fact, I'd love to keep Kyle and give him time to recruit and coach his guys at DT, I'd keep People's if possible and Raymond too. What do you'll think of Olsen, keep him or not? Could we get a great offensive head coach that would want to come in and leave the defensive staff pretty much intact? If we could is that the route we'd like to go?

Raymond and Peoples are the only two on defense the next coach has to keep

I am fine keeping entire defensive staff if an option. But if this is the case we are bringing in a less than ground breaking HC, any big time guy will pull his folks for the most part.
I am ok taking a flyer on HC as long as he is an offensive guy first, preferably a playcaller at this time. We simply need a guy that can fix that side of the ball. Put Baker in a position to play from the front, or have the opposing team in positions to be more predictable and he can be a game wrecker.

All I care about is the entire offensive staff being replaced (Hankton included)
On Defense as longs as you keep Corey I'm good

People’s goes with Baker (most likely).

Might as well keep baker then
We won’t ever stop a running QB but there aren’t many of those, amiright?

How about we trust whoever it is that we hire to be our HC to make their on decisions on who to keep and who to kick to the curb?

I'd say to the new coach: "evaluate these guys and keep whomever the frick you want...or send them all packing. Up to you."

No one, let a coach bring in his guys.
It's always "they are a Louisiana guy you have to keep him" with LSU. Other schools just bring in people that are good at their job, not some dumb arse connection.

BING fricking O!
The next coach is already going to have to contend with a meddling governor. LSU has to give whoever it is full autonomy to make the staff his own.

Keep:
- Baker
- Raymond
- Wilson
- Peoples
- Williams
IMO, have to let go:

Raymond has done nothing to be fired. I think the new HC would want someone like him on the defensive side of the ball. I think if the ahC is offensive minded more defensive guys stay. If he's defensive minded it could be a clean sweep on the defensive side of the ball.

So, let's bring in a new coach and keep everyone but Davis...top notch guys. Everyone is on the line. Don't care where you are from, don't care if we won't get Edna Carr anymore, don't care if they played at LSU. If we are going to hire a top end coach, they are top end for a reason. Leave it up to them.

I only care about Wilson and Raymond. Everyone else is replaceable.

I want the new coach to bring in the best. Guys act like these are the only good coaches out there. What if we can bring in someone better than Baker. If you want a top notch coach as a HC, he has to have the autonomy to hire his staff. Not be stuck with guys the fans want to keep.
If HE things Baker, peoples, raymond, etc are the best coaches then that is fine. But Saban won b/c he brought in the best coaches period. Look how may went on to be head coaches
