Who was the last QB to regress as much as Nuss?

I’m having trouble coming up with a comp. Gunslinger with a big arm to flat out petrified to throw the ball and skipping passes in a single offseason.
Brian Kelly and Sloan should be jailed for the emotional damage they caused Nuss. He’s seeing ghosts everywhere.

Brandon Harris got worse in 2016.

It's never happened. He's the worst starting QB in the history of LSU football

that 3rd down play right before half where he had all day to throw and as the Gump color guy pointed out - there were two guys running wide open he inexplicably did not see - encapsulated what this year has been for him.
That was even more huge considering we had to punt and Bama had time to score a TD right before the half so we go in down 17-3 instead of 10-3....HUGE.
Then on the first drive of the second half he may have displayed about the worst pocket awareness I've ever seen in the red-zone killing another drive.
Back to back series in which he made elementary mistakes a QB of his experience should never make. Man, I can't put that on Sloane and Kelly....I can put a lot of other things but not that.

Jordan Jefferson comes close.
No really.
JJ '09: 12 starts, 17 TDs/ 7 Ints , 2166 passing yards, 61% comp (winning at Bama when he got speared/ knocked out, then missed a chance for some cupcake stats when he sat out the next week vs La Tech)
JJ '10: 13 starts, 7 TDs/ 10 Ints, 1411 yards, 56.5%... went 7 straight games with ZERO passing TDs but 7 Ints
He ran much better in 2010 (450 yards/ 7 TDs in '10 vs 120/ 1 TD in '09), but was garbage passing between the first and last games.
I've always said if the 09 passing version of JJ shows up in '10 or '11, we probably have another natty.

Booty was bad.
umm booty did not regress from 99 to 2000.
booty beat bama
booty was all sec regardless of his numbers which are not comparable with today as the game has changed in 25 years.
point still stands and your dumb statement has been destroyed.

Jefferson.
He was actually serviceable/pretty good in 2009/2010.
