The UTSA game was awful but his team has bounced back in a big way so far. Sumrall is demonstrating an important quality in a coach which is having your team respond to adversity.

More like their shitty play and mental mistakes finally cost them a game so they’ve come out hot.

They have not looked like a well coached team until tonight.

Kenny Dillingham took over Arizona St where they got a scholarship ban and went 3-9 under Herms last year. And in 2 years on a scholarship ban, he got them in the CFP and an OT away from the Semis. He’s best outside Kiffin and Saban. Super hungry demeanor, coach.

I put this on other posts, but here’s to hoping LSU power brokers read this.

Im right there with you on the Dillingham hype train. He’s the exact opposite of Brian Kelly in the best way. He’s my no.1 target if we are goin the young up and comer route. Dude took over an absolute trainwreck and got them back to stability by year 2. Dude won at Iowa state with Jeff fricking sims at QB. His relentless would fit like a glove in Baton Rouge

Apparently he hasn’t officially accepted the job yet. I’m sure Tulane also dealin with distractions as Sumrall is most likely leaving after this year

Take a look at the second half he’s about to blow a three touchdown lead and lose the game

UTSA hasn’t lost a conference home game with their current coach. They are tough to beat in San Antonio.
