ChatGPT thinks these are our best candidates

I told it to pretend I'm the LSU AD and need to find our next coach. I told it that I want a coach that can build very tough teams similar to those Les Miles had but one with a modern offense.
Tier 1
1. Mike Norvell
2. Dan Lanning
Tier 2
1. Mike Elko
2. Lance Leipold (Kansas)
Tier 3
1. Jonathan Smith (Michigan State)
2. Alex Golesh
Who Does Not Fit What You Asked For
These types should NOT be on your list based on your criteria:
1. Lane Kiffin
- Offense yes, toughness inconsistent
2. Lincoln Riley
- soft defensive culture, finesse program
3. Ryan Day
- not a "run-through-the-wall" identity guy
4. Josh Heupel
- Too system-dependent, defense questionable
5. Brian Hartline
- unprovel CEO, finesse background
Then it went on to narrow the list down to 3 finalists:
1. Dan Lanning
2. Mike Norvell
3. Jonathan Smith
Looks like ChatGPT is a little retarded.

ChatGPT really has a long way to go. It lacks understanding of human emotions. I know this because if it was able to understand human emotions, it would never suggest Mike Norvell due to the fact that it makes me suicidal to think about hiring him.

Well your prompt was retarded.

I've noticed chatgpt has a hard time discussing anything sports related. It needs a reliable data source for statistics. Though I don't think it could ever understand the complexities of the college football landscape.

Yep. Subjective topics like toughness on a football team year over year will yield bad results.

I saw a graphic put out by ChatGPT recently that listed “SVICN” as one of the worst NFL QB’s in the NFL in the last decade.
So, yeah, I’m not paying attention to it. Yet.

How would ChatGPT know which coach has "tough" teams?

Interesting, you must not be a AI power user, here are the results I came up with the criteria of building a championship contender, Run through the wall mentality and a strong recruiter
