Not sure if this has been posted, but one of the reported violations involved Janzen Jackson. What was reported on the local sports radio (99.1) in Knoxville was that a fog machine was used as Jackson entered the stadium. You cannot simulate any game experience with a recruit. Here's a link referencing the self reporting by Tennessee. LINK

Pull your chair up, grab a brew and some chips, and watch these two entertain the rest of the SEC.

God only knows what kind of crazy pyro intros Ole Petey is simulating.

It wouldn't be an NCAA violation though, because I'm sure it's infinitely more exciting than what actually happens when the Trojans take the field at the Coliseum branch of the L.A. Public Library.

You would think with a staff full guys who made their living on recruiting, there would be a better understanding of the rules.

I'm scared to death over these new coaches. Are they just stupid or what. Don't they know the rules. I love the attitude that they show but I'm very afraid that we will be in trouble very soon with the NCAA. I hope I'm wrong.

That is a post from a UT fan

I was out of town all last week, so I missed the circus that went on here in Knoxville. When I walked into the office this morning and began to stir stuff up (as I usually do), it wasn't taken as lightly as it usually is. These people are not feeling good about what they have in their new coach.

There is a big unknown with the football team, the men's basketball team is falling from grace, and the women's basketball team just lost another one (to Florida of all teams). It's not fun for the little orange around here!

Surprisingly, though, the chartered bus they had for the recruits to go to Gatlinburg (assuming it's legit because it came from a recruit) is also legal. Don't know the distance between the two cities but there's an allowable amount of distance schools can entertain recruits away from campus.

They don't use the fog machine on game days so it's really not a violation if you want to get right down to it.

If the K & O circus continues we may be witnessing the reason why Bog O was relieved at Miss and why Special K couldn't hang in LA ....

Hell there have been many times in my life when I wish my Dad could have been there to save my dumb arse ....

Some of the stories I been hearing out of Tennessee do seem drug related.
