Hispanic voters in NJ voted overwhelmingly for democrats last night

They gave Trump a chance but realized Trump's 2nd term is George W. Bush 3.0

I do find it odd, unless he’s keeping his enemies close. Graham is disgusting, no better than McCain or Schumer

It is disgusting. Trumps second term is mostly about personal revenge and enriching his family and allies while he throws us plebs a few bones like "secured borders", sabre-rattling the libs, and welcoming a few thousand South African farmers.

We have no clear standard bearer for 2028 unless you trust Palintir-owned JD Vance (I don't) who bacically admitted he thinks his own wife is going to hell. Its depressing when you think about it.

I don’t know why anyone, especially someone whose whole campaign was “America first” would endorse neocons. I guess they play upon his vanity and suck up to him and then do exactly opposite of what he’s supposed to represent.

Lyndsey Graham doesn’t give a shite about America.

There is absolutely zero reason to be backing Ms Lindsey.

Trump: AMERICA FIRST BRO!
Graham: How 'bout we keep the money MIC train moving in UKR?
Trump: I got you bro

So far, Trump has done more to benefit himself (his family and close allies) and neocons than has done to help his base - working and middle class whites and Hispanic men.

I actually hold out hope that he might try to pivot and be more "America First" if we survive the midterms and hold the house. Problem is that the odds of us holding the house are probably 15% or less.

Or maybe ICE played a role? Just maybe. Well, that and the economy not improving like some were expecting it to. Patience is required there though and we aren’t a patient people. There’s still time to salvage that for ‘26.

It’s almost like there’s a singular issue that Lindsey graham is loyal to and Thomas Massie has questions about that makes Trump support one over the other.

It's true.

goldennugget was ahead of the curve. I was teasing him just 2 days ago but digging into the numbers from last night - we are headed towards disaster and 2024 seems destined to be remembered by history more as "one final last gasp" than it does a building block to "retake America".

Trump's approach to deportation is loud, clumsy, and self-defeating. The "owning the libs" tweets from DHS are tonedeaf and stupid and they are peeling away our Hispanic gains from 2024.
