fricking gross, been subbed to Guga for a while but have to interest in watching this, I feel like he’s run out of meaningful experiments so now it’s just let’s slap whatever random shite we can find on a steak

Guga is an idiot. He did a steak challenge and picked a chain (either longhorn or outback) over Ruth's Chris.

That thumbnail probably cost him $100 and he could have done it in 2000 for about $15

All food YouTubers seems to reach a point of self-parody that results from thinking they are entertainers instead of educators. It's sad.

Guga needs to try Off the Hook. Big tenders,,hush pupoies, fries, hook sauce- half the price of Canes, at least here in Houma. I like Canes but everyone knows the tenders shrunk and the prices grew

I'll give Guga credit. About 15 years ago, very few of us were cooking sous vide. There was extremely little information available online or in print. Douglas Baldwin had a book out as did Thomas Keller in his Under Pressure and there was the epic Molecular Gastronomy book set, but there was not much more.

Guga began the YouTube channel Sous Vide Everything and it was fun and informative to watch the trials and errors from those early vids in that Miami office.

Not a fan of him being a restaurant critic as he tries to branch out into other areas.

The one where he pit 7 bottles of Ghostvpepper oil on a steak looked brutal.

The way he cooked the chicken wasn't even close to Canes. They don't season theirs like that
