The Right (of which I consider myself part of) has several batshit crazy conspiracy theories that undermine the logical ideals we hold. This and flat earth are at the top of the list. I have several buddies who buy them and it blows my mind.

I think a faction of the Right has become addicted to conspiracy just as the Left has become addicted to outrage.

Amazon has quite a few crackpot documentaries...

Two identical passenger jets can be flying at the same altitude and speed in close proximity to one another while one leaves a "condensation trail" and the other does not.

I'm not saying I buy into the whole chemtrail conspiracy one way or another, but there are discrepancies in the official narrative that I feel must be addressed. I mean, "cloud seeding" has been happening for years, the government directly tampering with the environment without even bothering to tell people or let them have a voice on whether or not it should be allowed, and keeping the schedules and operations completely secret.

This just isn't reality. People have been writing articles and publishing studies on cloud seeding efforts and research since at least the 1970s. There has even been legislation passed specifically for that purpose, with grants/funding rewarded to private interests across the country. The Fed gradually lost interest in funding the research and projects, but state governments and private businesses picked up the slack. You can search the internet and find decades-old articles about these projects in multiple states.

It must be the worst kept secret in the country if the government is trying to keep it from the public.
