Chili - everything from scratch. No seasoning packets or Bush’s chili starter. Only thing out of a can or box was 8 oz of tomato paste.

my wife made Sunday gravy on Monday with Italian sausage, meatballs, pork and braciole

Pulled red beans out of the freezer to find out after defrosted it was shrimp and grits
