And now compare it to the last 4 years of Mickey.I thought SP caused a lot of the Saints problems by wanting those free agents that bombed out.Now it’s quite obvious ML and it’s scouting department is the biggest problem.

To be fair, Peyton doesnt handle the draft, he just Scouted the QB and took control of the offense. The defense was already in place and a very good one at best. Management was already in place. The program was already in place.
Peyton was worth every penny Denver Paid.
People though he was crazy for drafting Nix too. But He was somewhere between Brees and Taysom.
Bo Nix is shaping up to be a top QB in the next 5 years and his play is getting better every season, instead of a slump.

Payton was all in on selling out the saints future for "winning now" with an old, no arm Brees. When the team was out of any more options and cap bankrupt, Payton bailed to start over with another team.

To be fair, Payton tried to draft Mahomes and then also wanted to sign Tom Brady if Brees had retired when his arm was shot, but unfortunately Drew came back for that last season and cost us 3 years of Brady.

Payton got lucky to build his offense around Nix and had a pretty good defense already in place before he got there

Lucky? He hasn’t proven to you he’s one of the top HCs in the NFL? Do you think Denver regrets the trade they made to get him?
Look at the Saints before, during, and after Payton. Yeah, he’s “lucky.”

When Benson got ill, Payton saw the writing on the wall. He tried to leave early when we still had Brees. He knew the cluster frick that was coming with Mickey and Gayle in charge.

I thank SP for the 9 or 10 good years of Saints history and then I accept that the norm for the New Orleans Saints are the losing decades that are the hallmark of this unfortunate sports franchise.

This is my belief as well. Mickey and Gayle have a special connection, and Sean knew it was time to exit.

You think if Peyton had gotten Brady, and won the Superbowl, you think he still leaves?

Yea and his loose lips talked too much about it and cost the Saints the pick.

Exactly! The bronco fans are happier than pigs in shite. Their team is going to make the playoffs and possibly win their division in one of the harder divisions in the NFL. Meanwhile, our team sucks and is one of the worst teams in the NFL in the worst division. Luck? Can we get some of that luck for this team?

No we can't. THIS version of the NOLA Saints are the real Saints. This who and what the franchise really is. Those good to great years were the anomaly.
The NOLA Saints are, and will always be, one of the losingest most unfortunate pro sports franchises in American history.
Enjoy the ride anyway! Cheer the Touchdowns, not the Victories!

Let’s hear from Rohan on what he thinks of Sean’s job in Denver.

He told Mahomes, he was going to draft him.
Mahomes told Andy Reid.
I dont think Mahomes wanted to come here and sit behind Brees.
He has said this in an interview.
Ole Andy Out Foxed Peyton Once again.
If Peyton had Mahomes, he would not have left NO.

You cannot comment if you cannot spell his name.

So if your statement is true, it was Maholmes that out foxed Payton. Not Andy.
