Say what you will about Les and his offense his teams were tough as nails. I remember them making Va Tech want to quit we hit them so hard.

If you want to get back to that, you need somebody from that culture to be the coach. Saban started that toughness miles continued it. You need somebody from that tree.

Hire kelvin Sheppard and these mfs will be busting heads out on the field. That's what LSU needs. Let frank, corey, etc do what they do. Sheppard will motivate and lead the way. The kids won't quit, that's for sure. Hire Brandon Taylor on staff too. Those dudes know what it takes and will instill that LSU culture back to the glory days of being feared when they step in that field. May not win em all, but they won't ever get pushed around again. I'm not sold on some big name coach coming here for money. We tried that. And honestly, frick that. Get a coach that wants more than anything to be here and restore this program.
