Run crying to FOX News?
Write a strongly worded letter?
Hold sham congressional hearings where nothing happens after?
Just wondering. Or will Kash and Bondi continue to promote the bad actors to higher level posts in the FBI and DOJ like they have been.
Let me guess a storm is coming, panic in DC, trust the plan, patriots are in control....

SFP and Decatur say it was just normal subpoena issuing you see in any criminal investigation.
I want justice for Russiagate, but I'm guessing the statute of limitations has passed on anything substantial. So, the administration is left with the things people complained were process crimes when done to Trump and his associates -- lying about this or that piece of information. But, muh storm is coming.
I have no idea what I think about the Epstein situation anymore.
I think the rot is so bad at FBI that Kash and Dan don't really know what to do.
The best Swamp Barbie at DOJ can do is give you drug busts.

In terms of the legality, this is correct.
And my larger point was that we need to strip policing/prosecuting bodies of this scale of power, especially pre-indictment. Permitting any grand jury, police investigation, or, hell, Congressional investigation to just issue infinite subpoenas is giving the government WAY too much power.

You remember how they hired Durham and lied to you that Durham was going to uncover massive wrong doing but he never did? They are doing the exact same thing now. They are lying to you while saying scary words. Noone is getting thrown in jail because an investigator got some phone records. Republicans will gnash their teeth over the lies like they always do.
