For the last time.
That contract was so bad that without the extension at the time of firing his contract would have been the largest buyout in history until THIS season.
Even with this season it would rank number 3.
For a guy who literally had a losing record at FSU at the time he was hired.

He made OG contract when he was failing at FSU. Extension not him, of course. Original deal was incredible at the time.

And had Bjork not extended him, it seems likely that Jimbo would be our coach right now, because Woodward would've given him the same $100M contract to come to LSU.

This is correct. The extension was given because Woodward was trying to bring Jimbo to LSU.
