Do we really want our thick Cajun accent governor pissing this guy off? Less than 3 years ago the entire cancel culture nation wanted LSU's head on a silver platter with the sexual and rape stuff, Title IX, Coach O disguising his voice and threatening that old lady that Guice was harassing, and a bunch of other shite. Wood was forced imo to go the super conservative route with BK.
Seems to me if you keep embarrassing Woodward like this with a governor that doesn't understand that his thick swamp accent makes him sound like a clown before speaking and then really sounding like a clown...then things have a way of coming back to bite you in the arse.

Three hires of the current top 12 were hired by their current school in that same cycle. An additional coach in the top 12 was hired as a HC that cycle as well.

The hire at the time was good, but the contract was trash. He got us into this mess. He should have done the hard work of finding a coach that fit LSU rather than just throwing money at a coach that didn’t fit here. He allowed the money to make a lazy hire.
