drone operation requirements

•must operate with remote id , basically tattle tale that reports specifics with this exception no remote id required for research flights in qualified geography (so if drone is flying in questionable area it should be telling on its self and thus can be considered hostile or unauthorized !
•drone operators must have line of sight (thus look for guy with controller in hands) then proceed with interrogation
•night flight must include anti collision lights ( if can see light then targeting is possible )
•cheap drone flys to purposely collide with invading drone ( if nobody hears the tree falling in the forest did it really fall )
