That was pretty odd timing but maybe makes a little more sense now.
Could have been the start of the beginning of the end. Especially if any of this other stuff is remotely true. I sure hope it’s not.
I never really hated Kelly. But wish he had given it his all to win a natty. I wanted him to win one. He picked lsu over ND and that meant something.

Nothing to explain. He was rumored to be messing around with a local realtor. It got swept under the rug fast.

Rumors that he was not here during bye week, he played golf during game weekends, he would leave practice for a while, he maybe has a drinking problem.
Josh Pate suggested he didn’t put in the effort it takes.
Scona insinuating lots of stuff being spewed and he wasn’t going to speak on any of it. Some he thought was not true while others he thought probably had some validity.

He didn’t pick LSU over ND, we offered him triple the salary, guaranteed, ND didn’t even try to compete and he left. He picked money, no complaints there, but just be clear about his motivation.

The story with the realtor is true, I know someone close to the story lol the realtors close family member worked for LSU at one time so it was stopped and swept under the rug! His wife knew all about it that’s why she didn’t move to Baton Rouge for a long time. I believe she never really moved “his wife” she would just come in to visit.
