They are torching the Cowboys and he has 4TDs today.

He epitomizes Auburn in that we can’t seem to get out of our own way. That kid had Auburn tattooed on his soul and all he ever wanted to do was to play for the Tigers. Only we could frick that up.

I don't even know the backstory about Nix but Auburn running him off is a legit L O L moment for that university. Dude is gonna be playing for 15 years in the NFL

I don’t think he was that good at Auburn. The dude improved tremendously once he went to Oregon.

He was excellent. Started his first game as a freshman. Single-handedly beat LSU in Baton Rouge. Just didn’t have an offensive line for shite the whole time he was there. Then the coaching changes and frickery, and he just decided, and rightly so, that he should go elsewhere. Like I said… Only we could frick that up.

He lucked out with Payton. He’d be screwed if he ended up somewhere like Tennessee.

He was handicapped by both Bryan Harsin and Gus Malzahn. Played behind a pitiful offensive line and the fans created unrealistic expectations for him. He was good, really good at times, but inconsistent. He always had the talent.

i think it was the system he was put into. Just like in Denver, he's a perfect fit for the coaches offensive system.

If he stayed at Auburn, does he put up those Oregon numbers, very doubtful.

Of course not.

Everything I already said in here being taken into consideration, he was also playing against SEC defenses.

Like with Jalen Hurts, going to a weaker conference (defensively speaking) with a more pass happy offense allowed him to develop.

Calm down ... he just played one of the worst defensive teams in the last decade.

He has started all 25 games of his NFL career and has a better record than John Elway did at this juncture.

Auburn’s gonna do this again this year firing Freeze who is building a good team but has just missed on the portal QBs. They’d be better off keeping Freeze and spending some of that buyout money on a legit portal QB instead of these guys everyone already knows can’t play - Thorne and Arnold.

Harsin benched Nix for T.J. Finley lmao

Interesting take on things.

It makes you wonder, in the age of SEC defensive dominance, how many SEC QB's would've had a shot at an NFL career if they had played in another conference. Kyle Trask at Florida comes to mind. On the flip side, does a guy like Colt McCoy have a decade plus career in the league if he doesnt get to abuse weak Big 12 defenses for a few years.

Bo Nix will win a Super Bowl, feels like an Andy Reid/Mahomes situation where a coach gets his guy.

All due respect to Nix, but hasn’t everyone torched the Cowboys?
