There was no hiding how inept this staff is, but the closeups of BK melting down long enough to read lips were revealing. frickin tire fire program but at least it’s in the open.

People trash Herbstreit on here, but I think he and Fowler are great. He called out Perkins on the poor job he did spying Reed as well as questioning poor play calls and coaching decisions. The coverage showed Kelly’s gotta geaux signs instead of trying to ignore it.

They really did.
At one point they were panning the crowd and you could see the “Kelly’s Gotta Geaux” sign.
The camera cut right back to it at a different angle like a second later.
It’s drama. How else are you gonna keep people from turning the channel in a beat down?

Literally showed a wide view with the crowd and the sign as a small part. Then 10 seconds later they cut to a zoomed in shot of the sign. Couldn’t have drawn it up any better

I like how they showed Aggie fans taking over the lower bowl seats doing their back and forth gay routine with ABC announcers saying, "Aggie fans doing what they do." In the midst of them all was lone purple shirt with both arms skyward giving the middle finger with ABC announcers saying "and an LSU fan doing what they do."
