RE: The New White House Ballroom & Democrat Mania

If you are anything like me, you’ve been angered by the insane Democrat response to the fact that President Trump is adding a privately-funded ballroom to the East Wing of the White House.

Democrats everywhere have been showing routine pictures of a routine construction project and pretending that this is some sort of unprecedented destruction of a national monument.

In reality, the White House has undergone CONSTANT expansion and renovation since its earliest days. For example, did you know the Oval Office was only added in 1909? Did you know Harry Truman led a massive structural renovation in the late 1940s? Did you know about Jackie Kennedy’s extensive internal renovations? FDR’s swimming pool? Nixon’s bowling alley? Obama’s secret gay tryst dumbwaiter closet? (OK I made that last one up, but you get the idea.)

I have tried making this point over and over and over, seemingly to no avail as Democrats of all stripes and prestige have hung their hats on the lie that this expansion is utterly unprecedented.

But then it dawned on me.

THIS IS THE BEST THEY GOT.

They can’t complain about the economy, they can’t complain about Trump-inspired global peace (Ukraine/Russia is next on his agenda), they can’t complain about the soaring stock market, they can’t complain about the illegal alien crackdown that almost all Americans support, they can’t complain about the dramatic reductions in crime in Blue cities, they can’t complain about how the government works just fine despite the Democrat shutdown, they can’t complain about the restoration of free speech and our other personal liberties, they can’t complain about the restoration of the warfighting ethos in the Department of War, they can’t complain about the radical drawdown of unnecessary federal government departments, they can’t complain about RFK’s crusade to restore a healthy populace, they can’t complain about the unprecedented transparency of the Trump Admin… in fact, THEY HAVE NOTHING SUBSTANTIVE AT ALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT, so they have to make up lies like “Bad Orangeman is tearing down the White House.”

So my advice to myself and to you is to stop worrying about this particular brand of idiocy. Instead, relish it! It means we are winning, over and over and over, and quite bigly.

Instead, mock them. Tell them he is going to paint the Washington Monument gold next and he is going to create a golden jewel-encrusted jetty at the Jefferson Memorial so he can moor his golden Trump yacht there so Barron can waterski the Tidal Basin. Use your imagination, it’s fun!

When someone is as malevolently delusional as the modern Democrat, mockery is the best response.

Mock mock mock mock, and have fun.
