Fresh News: LSUGent Sits Alone Atop the CFB Pick'em Leaderboard

LSUGent stands alone at the top of the CFB Pick'em leaderboard with an impressive 77-23 record. Right on his heels is Macintosh, just one game back, after going a sizzling 24-2 over the past two weeks, including a perfect 14-0 last weekend. With seven weeks to go, we’ll see if the “Gentleman” has the killer instinct to stay on top.

VaeVictus continues to linger just two games behind, while the pressure seems to have gotten to Dingeaux, who now trails by three. Sloggdogg81 leads a slew of users four games back, Salviati leads a gaggle of users five games back, and EatnCreaux leads a throng of users six games back.

Despite going a respectable 10-4 last weekend, crowd-favorite GoldenBoy slipped to 568th place overall.  Two-time champion TedStickles also went 10-4 and drooped to 428th place.  And the controversial Lester Earl did not play, as expected.

Seventeen users posted perfect records in Week 7, including doya2 and Buck Futter.

The contest is still wide open. If you are within fifteen games of LSUGent, you still have a real shot at catching him. Now is not the time to give up. I believe it was Adler that said, "Realize that the hardest step in achieving anything is making a true commitment."
