Watch the clip. He talks about members of the bar and law professors, etc.

There was a Yale law professor (said to be liberal) who did a video on what a complete piece of fricking shite the 34 felonies case was. You can tell that he tried to “be nice“ to the prosecutors, but he really did lay out what a politicized shite show it was.

Richard Epstein was another voice (more of a libertarian), and I think Turley, but they were few and far between.

I don't know who you are trying to fool.

Left-leaning legal "experts" were perfectly fine with abuses of the legal system so long as Trump was the target.

When it became clear that Kamala was not going to win, the gong of "retaliation" was sounded from just about every rooftop.

I’d like to know who these top legal minds are that disagreed with his prosecutions but stayed silent…for reasons.

Well, they were silent, so it was a lot of them. I guess we can ask them to raise their hands. The issues were not so complex that the general public couldn't figure it out (if they cared enough to get the information). Professionally, ethically the members of the BAR who have influence and care about justice should have spoken up. They're supposed to be better than the slobber-mouthed TDS NPCs.

You assume that everyone that didn’t make public comments disagreed with the prosecutions. Not a good assumption.

I've yet to hear any mainstream media leftist news hack admit that Trump was a target of Dim/DC Uniparty lawfare. They always cite some lame commentary from Jack Smith, Letitia James and Big Fani Willis, etc. claiming Trump is an indicted felon who should not be POTUS but should be behind bars.

I'm assuming the ones who were silent were silent. You're not very good with logic, are you?

Silence is violence. Nothing g from nothing means nothing. So any legal scholars that were silent is who he is naming.

If they are popping off now about lawfare, where were they during the lawfare against Trump.

I believe that part sailed over your head.

The federal cases against Trump well supported and righteous. Can’t say the same for what Trump is doing.

And this is where you assume your opinion is fact. There is well-documented disagreement on this issue. There is also well-documented concern about the unprecedented lengths Jack Smith went to prosecute Trump (on both sides). I also believe that YOU can't say the same for what the DOJ is doing, because you're not after justice or truth. You're after scalps. Regardless, your opinion matters nil here because it's not fact. When I get that list of people who didn't speak I'll post it for you, dumbass.
