The process is punishment, especially in our civil system where bringing a suit is virtually risk free, while defending it is costly in terms of time and treasure. So their will be some well-deserved personal cost to Wray
Frivolousness is obviously contingent on evidence and liability, on both sides. If the plaintiff committed any criminal acts other than unwitting trespass, the suit will get tossed posthaste, as it should. But for most J6ers, punitive treatment was absurdly out of line with transgression. To the extent actions of the Biden DOJ, DC Judges and the DC Kangaroo Court System can be put on full blast, I do hope the complaint makes it to trial.
