Cracker Barrel points you may not be aware of

Are there change agents attempting to destroy Cracker Barrel from the inside?
- They were spending 700 MILLION on the bland deplorable "refresh"
- The whack job CEO's CB stock only adds up to about $720K - thousands, not millions. (the previous CEO's stock worth added to over $9 million)
- so what the hell does she have to lose if the company goes belly up? Hers and the board of director's stock total is noticeably low. And maybe tied up in safe preferred stock as a shield for the company failing? I don't know. Does anyone know?
- Openly MAGA major stockholder who owns Steak n Shake, Western Sizzlin and Maxim Magazine has called for the whack job to be fired several times. And after everything, the whack job's "media relations" dept at CB fires shots back at him within the media.
- So the whack job CEO runs around saying she's "listening and values the input of those who love Cracker Barrel," and yet just last month is firing back at the guy who owns 10% of the total shares. So her conciliatory words are simply horse shite.
- Other major stockholders are Blackrock and Vanguard. It's amazing to me we haven't heard more about the sparks flying behind the scenes.
- Cracker Barrel was a conservative Christian iconic restaurant, who began being attacked by the gay lobbies in the 1990's. This has really been going on since the early 90's.

Co-Founder Tommy Lowe on his take. This only about 3 minutes and he needs to be heard to the end.
I'm also proud of Channel 5 in Nashville in the way they approached this report. Good job Channel 5 !

In West Nashville, a “Fire the CEO” billboard, styled to resemble Cracker Barrel’s rebranded logo with brown lettering against a golden yellow background, was put up along Interstate 40.
According to Cracker Barrel media relations, the billboard was put up by Sardar Biglari, who runs Steak 'n Shake, Western Sizzlin' and Maxim Magazine. The billboard is "exactly the sort of stunt we would expect from him," read a statement provided to the Tennessean on Sept. 18.
Yeah right. She's "listening" to her customers and investors. bullshite liar.
LINK
more open lies, just in the past month...
"For fourteen years, our shareholders have rejected his [Biglari's] self-serving campaigns against Cracker Barrel," continued the statement. "Launching personal attacks from billboards to attempt to disrupt a business like Cracker Barrel is not what serious or well-intentioned investors do and not what Tennesseans expect or deserve."
the stock has gone down another 10 dollars just in the past week.

100%. The woke dipshits saw a conservative leaning entity and decided to try and wreck it.
The left is great at gathering scalps:
CNN, MSDNC, pretty much all other MSM, universities, radio to a certain extent, moderation with FaceCrook, IG, Snapchat, hospitals, etc. They've made a great run when you step back and look at how this cancer has spread.

Where are you getting this information from? Biglari Holdings doesn’t own 10% of Cracker Barrel.

What politicians or otherwise had shorts on Cracker Barrel stocks?

It's shocking how much a branding refresh costs even for a small company, but how could it possibly cost they much? And why is a restaurant and knick knack store spending almost a billion dollars on branding?

He owned that amount at one time. Things change, I don't keep up with how much he sold at some point in the past.
You're angry because you're a leftist AND your point is useless. The Yahoo article about his billboard, a stockholder, was written last month, doufuss.
Even the CEO owns a tiny amount, way less than him, and so she's got nothing to lose.

Yes, so you were wrong. It’s ok to admit that.

I’m a leftist because I pointed out that you’re wrong? Ok, sounds like you’re the one who is angry. How is correct information “useless”? And your point about the article is meaningless. So what? Biglari has been engaged in proxy wars with Cracker Barrel for over 10 years.

Ron Ruggless, Senior Editor, Nation’s Restaurant News / Restaurant Hospitality
August 19, 2024
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. said Monday it was “disappointed” that shareholder Sardar Biglari intended to nominate five candidates to stand for election to the restaurant company’s 10 director positions.
The Lebanon, Tenn.-based family-dining brand “confirmed that The Lion Fund II, L.P., an affiliate of Biglari Holdings Inc., both of which are controlled by Sardar Biglari, has announced its intent to nominate five candidates to stand for election to the company's board of directors at the company's 2024 annual meeting of shareholders.”
Cracker Barrel said the effort “marks the sixth time Biglari has nominated candidates for board seats, the fourth time nominating himself, and the seventh proxy contest overall that Biglari has launched in the last 13 years.”
Biglari owns more than 9% of Cracker Barrel’s outstanding shares. He also serves as CEO of the Steak ‘n Shake and Western Sizzlin’ brands.
He owned over 9% a year ago - good thing for him, he sold a bunch of it to get away from the losses being manipulated from the leftist freak women
You're the liar

There you go again. You got caught lying and so now you're changing the subject.
Check out how much stock the previous CEO had - Doofus
Compare that to hers. Doofus
She's the CEO, and she doesn't even have 1 million worth of stock.
What else you got doof?

Yes, because his stunt is on-point, unlike the logo change and store "refreshes".
