Frustrated that he still hasn't figured out how to stop a mobile QB, set and hold an edge, or defend a decent tightend?

All anyone in the LSU building needs to do is show him the film against Johnny Manziel. LSU has a long history of doing well against mobile QB’s but we’ve somehow forgot how to do it.

How blake doesn’t understand cage rushing is beyond me. He’s so good at every other aspect.

Disagree 100% Blake is a bad mofo. BK might be overriding some on defense as well.

I don’t know but his defense has been problematic in both losses this year.

It was downright dominated by Vanderbilt.

I don’t know why we want to build him up so much. He’s pretty good but shits the bed in big games. At Ole Miss & Vanderbilt the game plan and preparedness of the defensive team stunk.

If he’s frustrated, he should be frustrated at himself. In our two losses the defense couldn’t get off the field. That’s on him. He’s been exposed through the air and on the ground by other competent coaches in various games this season. The running QB is a huge weakness of his in the modern era NCAA Football.

I like Baker, wouldn’t want him to leave, but don’t fool yourself into thinking he is ready to be a head coach. He’s still got some growing to do as a coordinator.

Having a terrible offense make it that much harder on defense.

There were times Saturday where LSU had the perfect play and LSU just didn't make the tackle or Vanderbilt made a great play.

Can't fault Baker for that.

I was wrong about Baker. He led us to believe he was special but he’s just an above average defensive coordinator.

Look at our stats. Middle of the pack not even top 3

How do you know BK didn’t “override” Blakes game plan too?

It’s crazy how some of you forget he got stops in 2 crucial times late in the 4th. And what did the offense do, absolutely nothing.
At least he put us in a position to tie the game.. Twice in the final minutes!
