Look at Iraq before we invaded. And then look at Iraq 5 years after we invaded.
He ran a tight ship. He kept the Shias at bay. He was a grat foil against Iran. And he had a legitimate beef with Kuwait who was drilling horizontally across the border and drinking his milkshake.
As for him being a bully? Try running a ME dictatorship as an ethnic minority. What do you expect?

And whether you believe the wars were just, forced conscription. So I highly doubt it was so great in Iraq for all people. They were drafting 15 year olds. If you were a young male in Iraq from 1980-1990, your life wasn’t so great.
