15 years? The guy has a group of rag tag dbs due to injury and is holding baker to under 40 yards passing at half.

He is certainly proving his worth as a tactician.

I’d gladly take him.
Make sure we pay the money to get a top OC and let that guy handle the offense completely.

Hard No on a Def Coach

Kirby and CNS are the only two coaches to win the SEC in the last 4 years. Orgeron won’t in 2019 (def coach). Why wouldn’t you hire a defensive coach ? A solid defensive coach is more difficult to find than a solid offensive coach in today’s game.
