Gym closed for a week, workout recs?

Gym is closed this week. Looking for recommendations as to what to do this week workout wise. Usually do pen and paper plans strength plans. Should I use is as a cardio week and run? TIA

Deload week. Do some mobility work.
If you don't normally do cardio then just doing it for a week isn't going to accomplish anything

Get some kettle bells, get on social media and find some circuits. Excellent strength & cardio training.
Focus on mobility & stretching.
Or maybe just enjoy a weeks worth of rest.

Core and body weight stuff, plenty of variety there and if you do it right it'll wear you out.

Weather just turned nice around here, not sure where you are but maybe get out and walk some - can stuff a back back with something heavy or buy cheap weight vest from Amazon
