What’s missing on this team.

Our coaching staff has is faults and weaknesses, that’s pretty obvious. The one constant I see with this team is that we do not have any field leaders getting on people’s asses. Do you think Queen or Borrow would have allowed this undisciplined play with their teammates. We have recruited a bunch of guys who lack those leadership traits to get us to the next level. That is clearly on Kelley. I am like some on this board but I will no longer defend Kelley. He either makes some much needed changes or his arse can hit the road.

There’s no killer instinct! You can’t teach that, you’re either born with it or you’re not. It’s that hungriness that feeds you every play. We have a couple but we use to be full of those mind sets.

Where to start, OLine is a disaster, even though they are big they seem weak which is on the S&C coach, OC sucks, Wr coach sucks, Our running backs can’t hit a hole with enough power to break an arm tackle.

Those leadership traits disappear when everybody is getting paid before getting to campus. You can chew my arse if you want to, but I'm driving a Benz while you're driving a Toyota.

OL, OC, OL Coach, teaching blocking, teaching tackling, teaching catching the football, and finding a scheme to contain running QBs. Most importantly a HC would doesn’t think we’re entitled for expecting to have a strong team that can compete in the SEC - as if that is a problem.

Our OL is poor. Our QB is not 100% and can’t run well. We lack a difference maker on the DL.
