What really happened with Janzen

I posted this on tigerbait thought i would share it here too
K I know this has been discussed a lot and im tired of hearing about it too but i came across some good info. I have a friend that plays at Mcnesse and whos dad happens to coach at Carencro. Which is where Coach Guidry used to coach. I'm sure some of you will know who im talking about. But anyway Janzen had and still is working out with the Mcnesse football team trying to stay in shape and what not. My friend had been asking him where he wanted to go for the past couple of weeks. Janzen's response was always I dont know yet man. Well it turns out Coach Guidry his dad really wanted him to go to Bama and not LSU. (Coach Guidry loves Saban) Janzen had told my friend before he wanted to stay in state and either go to LSU or Mcnesse. (yes Mcneese). But his dad really didnt want him to stay at LSU and when his dad got the other coaching job it was a done deal to Tennessee. (Janzen never really liked Saban). But today as he was working out my friend made the comment so its Tennessee huh? and Janzen just casually said yeah and looked away. And for most of the rest of the workouts Janzen's mind was elsewhere and he looked depressed.
I honestly believe he wanted to go to LSU and his dad put him under extreme pressure not to stay in state. I really feel bad for Janzen.

if i had a decision like that to make. it would be mine and mine alone. If whoever doesn't like it to bad. It's my life, i only get one. No regrets. I feel bad because he has no balls. Or maybe i feel sorry for him.

Well, sometimes fathers and families can be rather complicated relationships.

I think he got fricked with constantly since his announcement and that's why his mind was elsewhere. It will only get worse to be honest.

i guess i have a good familly then, because they would never presure me into anything i did not want to do.
seems like his dad is using him. He had his chance at life. Now he is going to live through his son

My parents always let me make my own choices..

Screw it. Janzen's dead is pathetic. I know the kid probably didn't have a choice when it came down to the pressure but this entire situation sucks for LSU and for all of the coaches who believe they had a legitimate committment. Kiffin is gonna have a really hard time these next couple of years. I hope all of the SEC coaches screw with him until he gets a shred of integrity.

guidry is a shady mother fricker. May he choke on a bag of dicks
Posted on 2/6/09 at 7:53 pm to BilJ
Guidry maybe was worried Janzen would impregnate some hood rat if he stayed in LA

I'll never forget a banker (yrs. ago) looking me in the face and telling me that an announced LSU committment's uncle had received a substantial amount of $$ in his banking account the day before signing. The kid signed with the other SEC school and everybody was stunned! It happens, gentlemen.

Lance is piece of shite and I hope that every Tiger fan in LC drives both of these double crossing fricks into the ground.

Correct! He's no longer the local star...now he's being scorned for his actions....
Tough lesson about burning bridges and reaping what you sow...
His dad however sounds like a real piece of crap...IMO.

probably feels bad for screwing over miles.miles is a man of class and he will live past it as jj.but miles will recover faster as lsu will be in the hunt for national championships while tennessee screws with everyone and gets it stuck right back in them.id bet sabans ready for lance and miles is ready for ed.and urban is ready for lane.ed got second rate talent from la while at ole piss so does he think he will do better further away.

I guess his dad is really impressed with NFL rejects/failures (Kiffin and Saban).
