The guy has a lot of great ideas and beliefs. The people on this board that hate him, do so for one reason.

He does care about his players. (Maybe not the initial Colorado roster he inherited )

You could see it back at JSU consoling the kicker and the white TE when he dropped that TD pass.

The media circus that was created and shoved in our face 24/7 despite doing absolutely nothing to deserve it? Is there another reason?

So you blame him for the circus the media created?

Reminds me of the hate that Tebow got because the ESPN The View shows wouldn’t stop talking about him despite Tebow being a great man by all accounts. Not saying Deion is that level of character as a man, but hell how many athletes/coaches are?

Yeah, to a degree. It was similar to when Harbaugh took over Michigan and would do and say outlandish stuff just to keep them in the news. I stopped rooting for Harbaugh after that same crap.

If that’s the reason, why does pretty much everyone universally like Marcus Freeman?

I have no hate for Deion, but if you are going to imply something, don’t be a coward and just come out and say it.

Deion has lived a life across all ends of the spectrum- wholesome and licentious, depending on the decade- but he seems to be a legitimately good father and leader of young men today and I do respect him despite hating the Cowgirls

I know LSU has done this for years. Can’t remember what they call it (something bowl I think) but they have a scrimmage like this at the end of the year every year in their practice facility.

I don't think thats true. I love Deion and admire what hes accomplished and youd definitely accuse me of being a "racist"

He’s 16-16 at a program that had only 1 winning season in the 17 seasons that preceded him.

He may not be Saban but that is a strong turnaround

That is a solid turnaround. But the media circus happened before all of that and during a year that he went 4-8.

It’s clear you don’t venture outside of this site

Plenty of hatred of him on other social media sites too. But that all started once he got hired by Colorado. No one had a problem with him before that

I don't hate him, I am kinda neutral, but I can see why some might not like him.

But you do know it is possible to dislike someone for other reasons than their skin color, correct?
