Two teenagers at the center of the assault which triggered President Donald Trump's federalization of the Metropolitan Police Department and the deployment of National Guard troops in D.C. were in back in court Tuesday. A 15 year-old-boy and a 15-year-old girl, whom WUSA9 has agreed not to name, were accused of assaulting a Department of Government Efficiency staffer on Aug. 3.
quote:
On Tuesday, the 15-year-old boy was sentenced to 12 months probation. The girl pleaded guilty to simple assault and will serve nine months probation, according to a judge.; her lawyer had asked for four-and-a-half months. Both of the teens have been ordered to not contact each other or spend any time in the District outside of school, job or family obligations. The judge emphasized that the purpose of juvenile court is to rehabilitate, not to punish. She said she hopes the teenagers learn from their probationary period.

If you get your arse kicked by a 15 year old girl, should you get to keep the name "Big Balls"?

It was 2-on-1, and she was probably large.

Police saw a group of around 10 juveniles surround Coristine’s vehicle and assault him, the incident report said.
These are only the 2 they caught. Dude fought 10 thugs singlehandedly and ended up a little bloody, yeah he can keep the name.

quote:Yep. Just sent a strong message that there is no consequences for actions. Weren't they attempting to carjack and that led to the assault?

That's white privilege right there

Pretty sad when someone like me can say a 6 letter word starting with N and lose my job, network, etc. I guess I should just beat them to a pulp instead with my friends. I’ll surely get probation too
