One side is not like the other. The Justices nominated by Republicans vote with the the Democrat justices way more frequently. The reverse is almost completely non-existent.

Listening right now. It’s a fascinating case. KBJ and Sotomayer are getting folded. The line of questioning right now is concerning, however. Roberts tends to default to maintaining status quo. Focusing on the test of predominance is some serious navel gazing. “I know what it (this court) said, I just don’t know what it means.”
