The Canadian PM said it the other day- he uses the military and economic power of the US to get advantageous deals (much to the Canadian PM's chagrin).
Which leads to the obvious question - WTF have our other Presidents been doing?

Everything is on the table with Trump. Any action is possible. He’s a complete unicorn. It is quite a strength in negotiation.

The good thing about it is he is strategic about it. He dropped the MOAB in term 1, his strike on Iran recently, and even the droning the boats Venezuela show that he will use force as needed, but he is not committing long term boots on the ground. May not always agree with every move he makes, but he is a master negotiator and one of the better foreign policy presidents we've had in 100+ years.
