Is this an accurate rundown of New Orleans/Metro Political Landscape?

I'm from Louisiana. Lived in Nola for 1 year, and from my interpretation, this below is what it is like. If not, feel free to correct.
All the Democrats in Nola Metro specifically only live in New Orleans city limits.
65% - black who are all Dem. Funny because they aren't liberal. Black Dems don't care about trans rights or gay mairraige like White Dems do, and even a large chunk think it's wrong despite that's their party's stance
15% - wanna be hipsters from the North East that want to claim New Orleans and French heritage, but simply aren't who live in the Bywater district and some Garden District, and they get super mad when you tell them you'll never be true New Orleans if you're not from the state
20% - who are conservative in New Orleans typically live in Uptown and Lakeview
Then the suburbs like Metarie, Kenner, and Northshore are almost enitrely conservative.

Hardcore leftists essentially view "functional" as very square/un-hip. They look at the surrounding parishes like Metairie, Chalmette, and the Northshore with disgust. If it's not covered in graffiti and there aren't people being robbed and killed every day - it's bland white suburbia hell to them. They would literally rather die than live in a place that isn't a complete shithole.

The kind of idiots that move to New Orleans for da cultcha, but then want to ban/massively change just about everything that makes NOLA "cool" and "unique."
frick these people in particular.

A majority of blacks are brainwashed/believe they are due FREE crap.

New Orleans is different though. Big Freedia (trans rapper) is a legend in NOLA with black people. I think you're probably right in most other places outside of New Orleans.

There’s sort of a pseudo-intellectual “educated” liberal old Uptown class that throws things off further. Lot of them are Jewish, but it’s not exclusively them. Tulane and Loyola professors fall into this mix.

You get this with a politically illiterate voting population. 70% of Orleans Parish should never see the inside of a voting precinct

Because, if everyone lives in a shithole, then you don't feel so bad for being a loser. This is the core value of liberals. They NEVER lift anyone up, their entire goal is to just drag anyone more successful than them down to their level. It's why they flee from personal responsibility and loathe merit. It's why they support DEI.
"Make them suffer as much as i'm suffering" is their mantra. Yet they don't ever look back at their own choices as to why they are suffering.
There is a brewery i like to go pick up beer from in the bywater "Parleaux". It's sketchy as frick getting out there, and i drive with my head on a swivel, and at least a couple car spaces between me and the car in front of me so i can make a quick escape. I never travel there at night, and rarely drive there with my family in the car. Anyway, they make great beer, but i pass so many young women, fully tatted up, a kaleidoscope of hair color, smoking cigarettes in front of their run down shotgun house that is "hip" at 2 pm on a weekday. These creatures don't have jobs. Their "careers" are in the service industry or supported by daddy's money. They will NEVER succeed because they love the hipster lifestyle, but demand more taxes to pay for their government run healthcare.
They don't want to even lift themselves up, they only want to bring YOU down to their level.

Pretty much yes, except the AA population is 54% according to the 2020 census. You probably need to increase the percentage for the blue state transplants and add a sliver for the hispanics and Vietnamese.

70% of Orleans Parish never does see voting machines. OP regularly has historically low voter turnout.
I’m surprised we had 40% turnout for the most recent election. I’ve never had to wait in line to vote here.
